Today we head into Siena. You have a free morning to enjoy a wander through the medieval streets and the beautiful piazza Il Campo.
After lunch we gather and are joined by Philippa Salonius, a PHD in Medieval Sienese Painting. She takes us through the art and architecture of medieval Siena finishing at Siena's wonderful cathedral.

Thurdsday 9 November

This morning our chef will take you to a local market to procure ingredients for the evening's feast. We then return to Finerri for lunch before breaking up into groups of cooking school tol prepare different dishes for the evening meal.
If you prefer an alternative, a round of golf or a return to the Thermal Baths is offered.

Friday 10 November
|
|
|
|
A trip to Montalcino to taste and choose some wines. We also visit the cellar of one of the top Brunello producers. From here we walk down to the romanesque Abbey of S.Antimo where Gregorian chants are still sung.
In the afternoon we return to Finerri to prepare, with our chef, the gala dinner to be held in a nearby 16th century olive mill.
